If you have never placed an order on our website before you can follow the instructions below, they will guide you through the ordering process.
Registering on our website
On our website on the top right of the screen you see a textlink ‘log in’. You must click on this link to start the registration.
2. On this page you click on the button that says ‘create an account’ (see image)
3. Now you must fill out the fields with the requested information.
You can make up a password yourself. This is the password you will be
using each time you log in on our website, so it’s important to write down
or memorize this password. (remember that passwords are case-sensitive)
When all the fields are filled out you can click on the ‘register’-button.
Ordering stamps
1. You simply order stamps by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button
2.When you have finished selecting stamps for your order, you click on the ‘checkout´ button on the purple box on the right of the page.
3. Now you see an order overview where you can make some final adjustments if
required.
Click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button to to enter the shipping address, payment
method etc. you’ll be guided through this process step by step.
4. In the final step on this page you need to select how you would like to make the
payment for your order.
If you want to pay your order by PayPal you should change the selection here,
otherwise you can leave the selection as it is, with Ogone our payment provider
selected.
5. When you have completed all the steps on the checkout page and have chosen not to pay
by PayPal you should see a screen like the one below.
Here you can select your method of payment by clicking on the logo of your
desired method.
After you have made your selection you will be sent to a secure payment
environment where you can make your payment.
Please note: All ordered items are directly booked from our stock when an order is sent through. Except when bank transfer has been selected as the method of payment - in that case the ordered items are booked from our stock after we have received the payment on our bank account.
The order will be sent through to us after the payment process. You will see the following confirmation on your screen:
