Brief explanation for new visitors

• Through this site you can buy stamps and supplies for stamps and coins. Furthermore, we sell other collectibles.
• All orders are processed by PostBeeld BV Haarlem, The Netherlands, and supplied from our own large stock or that of our partners.
• The filter options allow you to find the stamps you are looking for very quickly, by using preferred combinations.

• Shopping is easy via the cart system. If you log-in before starting to shop, all items in your shopping cart will stay there until you have placed your order succesfully, no matter in how many sessions you fill up your cart. Please be aware of the fact that items in your shopping cart can become sold out in the meantime (especially if you fill your cart over several days). Items will be definitively reserved for you at the moment you have successfully checked out and paid for your order.
• The first time you check out, you will need to register. This also applies to customers who already registered on our previous websites (before november 2010).
• If you see items that you don't want to order immediately, but want to add to your shopping cart in the future,  you can make a personal wishlist. Clicking on a product (picture or description) takes you to a specification with a button to place the article on your personal wishlist. At the moment that you actually want to order, you can transfer items from your selection list (wishlist) to your shopping cart. You can also use our world catalogue (FSC tab) or www.freestampcatalogue.com to add items that are currently not in stock to your wishlist. We also have a notification system, by which you can receive an e-mail as soon as the item comes in stock again. The notifications can be managed in your wishlist.
• The contents of your shopping cart will be retained until a subsequent visit and will be removed after checkout.

• An order will only be accepted by us when the transaction is successfully completed and paid for. This means that if you pay by credit card, Paypal or from your credit all items stay reserved for you at the moment you place your order. If you choose bank transfer as an option, your order will be reserved for you as soon as we receive your transfer payment, which means that it is always possible that some items have become sold out in the meantime. If this is the case, we will create a credit for those items that are out of sale and have been paid for.
• Please be aware that shipping address changes are not possible after placing the order! Any address changes have to be made before placing your order.
• All orders are handled separately. The status of each order and further information can be viewed by clicking 'My Account' at the top of the page.
• Delivery, shipping, discounts and other conditions can be viewed under 'terms of delivery' in customer service.
• Purchases through the sites PostBeeld.com and Freestampcatalogue.com use the same cart and can be combined.
